Bend Oregon Project / Michael Vearrier’s Shop / April 2012

Doug Steidl’s project is now complete. Now it’s on to Michael and Amy Vearrier’s new “Super Shop”.  We would like to send a special thanks to Michael and Amy for giving us the opportunity to build their new shop.  The photos below show the procedure for clearing the land, shooting elevations and site prep for the new pole structure.

We've approached the final stages of Doug Steidl's shop and the weather couldn't of shaped up at a better time.  As this project comes to a close,we would like to say thank you to Doug Steidl for giving us the opportunity to design and build his shop. We would also like to thank Hansen Buildings for providing a top quality building on time and on schedule.

LaPine Oregon Project / Doug Steidl's Shop / April 2012

Another successful week on Doug Steidl's shop. Here are some photos of the procedure for excavation and compaction for the concrete portion of the shop.

We always tie posts in with #4 re-bar.

We use a stitch nail procedure on all of our buildings that have a concrete slab.

Notice you barely see the imprints from the ready mix truck. That's what we call good compaction.

Roman slate stamped entry. Hopefully a nice surprise for Doug :).
