We’re really excited to get started on the project for Terry
and Brenda Shines new 30’ x 36’ Hansen Building in Terrebonne, Oregon. We’ve finally
worked out all the particulars with Deschutes County Community Development Department,
which gave us the ball, so now we are off and running!
We got permits on Thursday and punched our post foundation
holes Friday, then we had an afternoon inspection. This gave us a great start
for the following week. Here are a few pictures of the first phase of construction.

We would also like to say thank you and to congratulate Mark Arthur
and Nora Curtis on there decision to move forward with their new 30’ x 48’
Hansen building. This has been put into our schedule to start directly after we
complete Terry and Brenda Shine’s building. Mark and Nora’s project is a little
more detailed than the average building. So, we are excited to see how it all
goes. Their building will highlight just how versatile and economical a post
