LaPine Oregon Project / Doug Steidl's Shop / April 2012

Another successful week on Doug Steidl's shop. Here are some photos of the procedure for excavation and compaction for the concrete portion of the shop.

We always tie posts in with #4 re-bar.

We use a stitch nail procedure on all of our buildings that have a concrete slab.

Notice you barely see the imprints from the ready mix truck. That's what we call good compaction.

Roman slate stamped entry. Hopefully a nice surprise for Doug :).
